We are a small family owned kennel, located in Southeastern New Mexico, just north of the resort town of Ruidoso. We are situated in the alpine forest at an elevation of over 7,000 ft. We specialize in the breeding and training of AKC registered German Shepherd Dogs and Belgian Malinois.
We have dogs available as family pets or estate protection. We also provide drug dogs and handlers to implement drug searches in public schools, colleges and universities, detention centers, court houses, businesses and residentials.
K-9 Specialties services include the sale of puppies, green dogs, mature dogs trained in family and estate protection, and narcotic detection dogs.
Our expertise includes training in basic obedience, behavioral problems and socialization. We have certified dog handlers and trainers.
My experience in training dogs from mixed breeds to Pit Bulls has given me the opportunity and ability to emphasize on the psychological approach to dog behavior and understanding of how the canine thinks and reacts to different types of training.
